Fantastic packaging and good condition snake (although a little older than expected) followed up purchase with a phone call to check I had everything in place ready for the snake so that was reassuring and when she arrived all the information about food shed etc (I was disappointed not to get some sort of birth certificate with details of morph date of birth etc)
