We turned to Fallen Leaf after our website was hacked and completely disabled in 2012. They managed to rescue all the data, over 4gb of info, and completely rebuild the site on a new more secure server updating the operating system and all the additional programmes we were using adding some new ones we requested. We found them very responsive to requests during the rebuild and quickly sorted problems, of which there were a few due to size and nature of the site. We were kept informed on a daily basis and nothing was changed without our consent and whilst a lot of the issues were complex they did their best to communicate in terms we understood. Overall we're extremely happy with how Fallen Leaf dealt with the site rescue and the end result is a vast improvement, and it didn't cost us the earth either.
