I was quoted a price online, after having filled out all of the details required from me. Paid the quoted price. I then get a call 2 days later telling me I owed an extra £127 because I hadn't filled in all the fields. To be clear, I filled in everything they asked me to. There were no options that I left blank. They offered me £60 off this additional cost, however the mistake was theirs, not ours. I was disappointed as they offered a good price and I'd used them previously, which is why I went with them again. Cancelled the booking.
