the ribbon I chose at first was not the colour I required. however, I called the supplies and explained what had happened and suggested I sent them a sample of the colour I required which they kindly agreed to. I returned the ribbon with sample and they sent me the colour I required. I call that very good service. Pity more firms are not as obliging. Thank you Fantastic Ribbons
