Initially bought a Radley London Smartwatch online for my wifes birthday. When she opened it the side push button fell out within 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend one of these watches. I contacted online sales who told me to take the watch to any branch. Which I did and they were willing to repair it, but as it was I decided to buy a Citizen watch for my wife instead. We both have a number of Citizen watches and they are always a quality build but they are more expensive obviously. So without too much fuss I paid the difference and left with a lovely new Citizen watch my wife was very pleased. Can not recommend enough if you are buying a watch for what I thought was not a cheap smart watch go look at them personally 1st. Because of covid we had no choice and it would make me think twice about ordering online without 1st seeing the watch. Staff in the shop at Boscombe were lovely as ever.
