Customer service was good even though I placed my order in July for a Citroen Crossover but when I chased up August was told the dealer had not received my order which I was deeply disappointed with. I then ended up having to order a different car Ford Puma which was a lot smaller and soonest I could get was mid December I wanted the 155 bhp version which was available but then took a callback following day to say it had gone and was offered a different model, I just wanted a new car as mine was no costing extra as my term had expired. Delivery driver was really nice and car was clean and ready to drive.
