good website, all seemed good until they emailed saying 'we might be able to get your price lower' so i called them, spent a good 30 minutes on the phone only for them to raise the premium, and the excess. No details had changed. it took many discussions with the underwriters and then the guys boss to match the premium, but still with a £500 increase in excess from the online quote. save yourself the hassle and go with a company like aviva for a few quid extra.
