Floom canceled my Valentine’s Day order this morning...the morning of Valentine’s Day. So now I have nothing and left scrambling. This is so sad and terrible. How can you do business this way? To top it off I was offered 10% off a future order, how insulting. As if I would order from Floom again after this. Please avoid this company at all cost, they clearly do not care about their customers.
