I ordered this bouquet from Australia for my sister in LA, during the Covid pandemic. When ordering I made a mistake on the note, and wrote to the team to see if I could make an amendment. It couldn't have been easier- and the team helped straight away. My sister who has lived in Los Feliz for years, noted that the florist is now her favourite. I can't imagine the logistics of staying open, operational, and being able to deliver flowers from across the world during the hardest of times - thanks Floom for allowing me to put a smile on a face thousands of miles from me when it matters most.
