We have been doing a pretty major remodel for the last 2 1/2 years....so we've been without flooring on a good majority of our main floor for a while. After doing a little research on flooring options we were sure that flooret was our choice. Frankly, it took us longer to decide which color, but after ordering various samples and viewing at different times of day in different lighting we chose Arbor. The installation of around 900 sq ft took me (just me) just over 40 hours. That is everything including 5 transition pieces. We are very happy. The color is great, the feel is super. The foam underlayment helps with noise reduction. We had family over for Christmas although not completely finished with the trim, paint touch up etc.....They all loved the flooring!! One side note: We are so thankful that this flooring is 100% waterproof. There was a water leak from a bad connection to our dishwasher two days after completion. Thankfully my wife, who was the only one home, was able to find the shutoff valve and turn the water off. It had been running all over our floors for about 5 minutes. The floors are fine!! We ran fans and theater for two days to dry out the subflooring. If we would have chose real wood it would have been a nightmare. We have two teenage kids and large dog so durability was a big factor. The 40 mil wear layer was another huge selling point. Thank you flooret for making an amazing product!
