I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone in NC, and received an email that they were delivered, but after speaking with the recipient they were not. I phoned FTD and was told that the one florist did not have the flowers and that another one would deliver a few days later and I would receive a 50% credit and a larger order. The recipient did receive the flowers via US mail which is not what I wanted or was told and the flowers did not look very fresh so I called again. Besides saying they were sorry, I did receive the credit, but I'm really disappointed in what and how they were received. I order through USAA and have not had this issue before.
