I was excited to send what looked like a really beautiful bouquet for a very special occasion. Unfortunately, the arrangerment arrived a day later than requested, and it was very wilted so many of the blooms needed to be thrown out. When I called customer service, they apologized and said they would send a replacement bouquet at no charge. The replacement also arrived in very poor condition. I understand that it has been quite hot out, but I don't know why FTD does not partner with local florists so that the freshest flowers can be assured at time of deliver instead of shipping them in unstable conditions with the flowers boxed and waiting in a hot delivery truck. Very disappointing.
