Engineer was genuinely very empathetic, Polite, and eager to get us up and running whistle still able to engage.in.mutual conversation, however after several attempts to locate fuel line the fuel system was not flushed as your polite call hander promised, Yet still charged us for it, we are ASUMMING that your Engineer reported back a suitable refund will be forth coming, for that part of the Job was not carried out, as it was too dark and through no fault of your most polite and friendly Engineer, where he was not able to locate the fuel pipe within the engine bay to flush the system, as protocol and (promised) at first point of call, the car ran fine for a very short distance the next day where we drove 1 mile for shopping, however the next day the engine would not tick over without ones foot on the gas peddle we had to take it with a struggle to a reputable workshop for a full service that included a replacement of fuel filter where after the fuel filter was disconnection it was found to be "seriously contamination", where then a new replacement was fitted. And now she runs very well, I must point out that the engineer was an absolute pleasure.
