I am based in Melbourne and needed an item urgently. I contacted the store in Pitt st on a Monday afternoon. The item was in stock and the staff member in the shop ensured that the item was on the Monday pickup from the warehouse. It was shipped that day and I received it 2 day later.
They contacted me after I placed the order to let me know it was packed and shipped. They also contacted me 2 days later to see if I had received it.
Awesome customer service and I would buy from them again.
