I was with Tesco and they decided upon renewal date that my premium was going up £40 regardless of no claims etc so I got in touch with insurance factory who actually halved what my original payments were, The guy I dealt with on the phone was really friendly and helpful and tried his best to get me the lowest possible quote and so I am very happy with the service etc and the price.
