I was very happy with the service I received from Policy Expert and the fact that there were a number of contact options.
The policy has increased in price which is why I didn't give a 5 star review. It's not by mouth but I haven't made a claim so I would have expected a decrease.
I have chosen to stay with Policy Expert because of their service and because of the inconvenience of changing.
