Trying to cancel the ACP, the cancellation dept is asking irrelevant questions like who did I call or text last. I just want to cancel I've given them all information relevant to my account. Was not able to cancel, I was given ACP number by the representative. When I phoned ACP I was told that they can't deactivate my account only Genmoble can. Don't know why I'm getting the run around and being asked for some else's personal information
