They told me I get paid $22 today to switch my plan to prepaid so I'm thinking okay I can get more data today but then I was told that my plan won't be effective until June 2nd so you want me to give you my money and wait a whole month to use my phone where they do that Jen mobile this phone company is a scam all they want is your money the customer service is terrible and someone should sue them no wonder the government took the ACP away from them please boycott this company and stop selling these cheap ass phones and low income neighborhoods
