I am new to Medicare well after 65. I had Medicare A at 65, and was working full time and had company insurance. I had some vague information about Medicare plans. In August I signed up for Medicare B. I am still working but at much reduced hours. I actually discovered Chapter by accident, I was looking on internet on how to sign up for Medicare B. Found Sherod Merrill at Chapter and he directed me to Social Security. Then he sent me folder about Chapter. I understand that Rod Merrill has left Chapter by a phone call to me from Chapter. Directed me to a RI agent Michael Lautner. He was such a pleasure to go through the process. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable and directed me through everything step by step. Really an excellent representative for Chapter. I am so glad I found Chapter by accident as I found a company for Medicare navigation. Now I have friends who want to know more about Chapter.
