I signed up with a free membership with my council and honestly it was horrific. I am currently in my weightloss journey and I believe that this online "club" is as dangerous as Slimming World or Weight Watchers.
I follow an intermittent fasting plan, but the way that they are doing it and advising others to do it is frankly dangerous to those who don't know enough to question it.
I wouldn't pay them any money for this service, do your self a favour, calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and then reduce your calories and increase your exercise.
