I can only speak from my experience.
But I strongly advise keeping clear of this disgustingly useless company.
Not only are they incapable of operating as a Travel company,but they are astute at overcharging and then ignoring any attempt of resolving the problems they have created.
Believe me this is one of the worst companies Iv'e ever had to deal with.
If you value your sanity as well as your bank balance stay well clear.
