Very happy with the service! Overall good communication from the LoadUp platform and via mobile. The team arrived in the time window communicated, were very friendly, and immediately went to work. They accommodated getting a recliner out of a tricky basement entry to the backyard with no issue or complaint and made quick work of the other items including chairs, dresser, and queen mattress. I asked that they stay clear of a low hanging tree near the front porch and were very careful and accommodating. Very happy with Brandon and Javier's service and would definitely use LoadUp again.
