I submitted a generous cash offer on a listed home and five days later, no response from the listing agent Linda Pelland. It seems she screens the offers before she submits them?
Is that ethical? I sent her proof of funds within 24 hours of her request.
Would I have raised my bid. Who knows but is she really working for her own interests or the sellers Idk
