I recently ordered a gift basket from Good 4 U USA and had an okay experience. While the delivery was on time and everything arrived in good condition, I was disappointed to find that some items were substituted without any prior notice. The replacements weren’t bad, but I was really looking forward to the original items I had chosen. I understand that substitutions might be necessary, but I would have appreciated a heads-up beforehand. Overall, the basket was still well put together, but I hope next time they’ll communicate any changes before finalizing the order.
