Before placing the online order, we requested to receive photos of the plants since we could not go in person to Grasslands Nursery. Mike was very helpful and patient, and kept sending us the photos of the plants from all angles till we were fully happy. We are very satisfied with the delivery and cannot thank Mike enough.
