The product is great, but your supply chain sucks. How can you run a business when you are constantly running out of product? I just don’t get it: people want to give you money for your product, yet you are constantly out of some of popular items, I.e., copper buckles!
My theory has always been, if people want to give you money for something you have, make it happen as quickly as possible. Apparently this isn’t a philosophy of yours.
