I wrote a previous review with no response by Grip. The sizing recommended by Grip for women's pant sizes vs Grip Belt size is way, way off. Which makes it seriously challenging to order a Grip as a gift. Tip - if you are ordering for someone with a Size 8 pant, don't select Grip's option for "38". It could go around you twice...
