Even though the web site does not always give the correct parts list for the vehicle, and the parts pictures are very often completely wrong, (this is down to the laziness or incompetence of the IT dept) the staff on the desk were very helpful in sorting the problem out, unfortunately this problem occurs far too often, thank goodness for the desk staff who know what they are doing.
