I find it frustrating that there are two GSF's , an internet one and a shop one.Being in the trade you want build up a relationship with your local branch staff, but its generally always more expensive to buy across the counter, go to the car park, sit in you're car and order on line and collect in the store, I just don't get it, as a trade customer i want the best or same offer over the counter
On a plus note good selection and good prices and store staff helpful
