Ian arrived promptly, examined the gutters to be cleaned and explained clearly what he was going to do and went on to do a very thorough job. When he had completed cleaning the gutters he provided me with a verbal report, made some suggestions for future care and maintenance and emailed me before and after photographs. All in all a very confidence-inspiring service at a reasonable price from a friendly, professional individual.
