Absolutely First Rate service. I've used Handy Labels several times in the past and have always been more than happy with the service and the product. At the weekend, with only a week before I needed them, I found that I had run out of stickers... and had lost the old design! Without holding out a great deal of hope I created a new design, sent it off in the evening via their website (which was really simple) and awaited a return email for me to approve it. A few days passed and no email, so on Wednesday I went back to the website and used the chat facility. Turns out that they had replied the day after I'd sent the email and there it was in Spam! I approved it and on Friday received my beautifully printed labels. Without exaggeration, the colours and sharpness were even better than the design I'd sent! 100% Totally Happy!! Thanks again.
