We love the teas! I love the English and Irish breakfast. My wife loves several of the Rooibos teas. Overall, the service is great. And the people I've talked to on the phone (we mainly - due to Covid - get our teas shipped to us) have been pleasant and helpful. We dig the new look and logo. And, we both absolutely HATE the new bags you're using to ship/sell teas in. They don't open fully, and are clunky and hard to use - whether sticking a spoon into them to retrieve tea, or in pouring into a measuring unit to do the same. Please fix them! The previous bags were much easier to use and store.
