We really like Happy Lucky's tea quality and taste. The only comment I have is observed inconsistency with discounts depending on which staff member assists. Nov/Dec 2024 I ordered over 80 oz of tea in many 4 oz packages and received the 15% discount, and the next time I went in and ordered 20 oz of tea, (I believe 16 oz qualifies for the 15% discount.), we were told we could only receive the 10% discount as we had asked for 2 bags of 10 oz each.
