First class service and products, just gearing up for my first ultra and needed a few bits of kit. Looked at some reviews and found Harrier running. So I thought I’ll give it a go and I’ve not been disappointed. Great products to a high quality delivered when they said. But the real proof of a good company and good service is if something is not quite right. On a delivery one item was missing from my order, I emailed Harrier not expecting to get a response as it was at the weekend. But no Katie emailed back and within a few hours followed shortly after with a second advising the item would be posted out on Monday. What great service a speedy response to customer issues always, builds great customer relations. I will definitely be using Harrier again, It's a 5 out of 5 from me.
