I looked everywhere for a collapsible cup only to be met with blank expressionless faces from the many retail specialists I asked, finally a friend recommended harrier. Very simple hassle free service but imagine my disappointment when my hiking poles arrived faulty! Well, I was straight on to harrier, no messing! I received I prompt reply from Kate who was lovely and I explained very calmly that I’d merely missed setting the up with a few simple clicks. Embarrassed doesn’t come close but Kate was patient, kind and knowledgeable, she knew straight away where I’d gone wrong as she’d made the same mistake with her first set of poles.
