Have been wearing Loake shoes for years, decided to move to Herring own brand due to lower cost. Big mistake, even after treating ams waxing carefully the leather absorbs water like a sponge leaving wrinkled leather and water marks that are permanent. Very disappointed with the follow up customer service. Stay with quality brands you trust!
