Ordered 2 items last week which were due for delivery on the Friday. After opening the box I realised an item was missing. Contacted customer service to state this and to request the missing item to be sent out ASAP as it was needed on the weekend. Received a response showing a picture of 1 parcel being on the doorstep from hobbycraft and the customer service assistant stated "hope this helps you locate your order". I responded again reiterating that 1 item was received and 1 item was missing and therefore was not delivered. Then received an email this morning simply saying "Apologies." and that the item was out of stock so a refund had been issued.
Regardless of stock issues the first customer assistants response was quite rude and he had clearly not read my message properly which shows a lack of care.
Will not be ordering online again.
