I paid to park at the Long stay park on the 20th of October 2018. I entered the park with my family one hour before my check in and there was a long queue of people waiting to get on the bus. We waited for over half an hour and by the time we got to Stansted the check in desk was closed. We had to pay £400 for a family of 4 to get on the next flight. They refused to send me any compensation despite the fact that it is stated clearly that you can arrive at least 30 mom before check in and I missed my flight because I couldn't get on a bus early enough. Stay away from them because all they care about is the money and they have no regards for their customers.
I will pursue this till justice is done.
