Taxi deiver wasn’t at Paris CDG on arrival, decided to go off for a coffee and turned up late (with no apology) and on departure didn’t even bother turning up! Excuse from company A2B (or Hoppa) was that he wasn’t well but they obviously didn’t think it necessary to contact us. Rang Holiday Extras from our hotel who told us to get another taxi to airport, get a receipt and then they would refund us the additional cost which was 65€. It took Holiday Extras over a month to come back to me and this was only after I’d rung them and emailed them for an update. Eventually got my refund but only after a lot of stress thanks to Holiday Extras obviously thinking I’d made it all up. Will not ne using Holiday Extras again that’s for sure!
