If you are looking for a hosting company who has zero people answering the phone if emergency service is needed, then this is the company for you. I lost email access with all my customers and all I could do is email and chat. And when you do, you receive a response that says someone will be in touch within 2 business days.
I guess I have a different idea of what customer service is. Hostinger has no clue what it is.
