Does anyone get this recurring issue? After getting all permissions and hide and everything this keeps popping up and every time he clicks cancel I lose what little I get for logs. I've complained 4 months in a row about this problem and all they give me is the same stupid automated response will get back to you when 72 hours or the other thing is they tell you make sure your permissions are all correct which they are. But upon making sure that this was giving permission by me then I started to open up some apps on the monitor device and this popped open three more times even after I clicked start now. But this problem is a big problem because once he clicks cancel I get nothing for the day. This has been going off for 4 months and they ain't done nothing about it. And speaking about issues they promise you'll get Facebook logs and other logs that's a lie. You don't get much. Every time you submit a request they come back with the stupid same automated response. You know they're not going to fix the problem just take your money is all. Find a better spy app.
