Website was easy to use and had all of the relevant info I needed to make an informed decisioin to buy: rug size, pile height, weight, etc. Paid extra for delivery care, but found that FedExp did not recognize any care (had wrong delivery date, left half in yard and on porch, and didn't even ring the doorbell--thank goodness for door cameras)! But the Customer Support (Noah) has been very knowledgeable and empathetic, simply caring for me as the customer and my concerns. Beautiful work and craftsmanship, and would certainly buy from them again!
