Apparently the rugs I ordered had run out of stock at the warehouse. My order was made Nov. 11. I contacted (chat feature) customer service at least two times. The 2nd time I contacted them I was told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. The warehouse did not contact customer service that day. The next day I was told (after contacting CS again) that the warehouse had run out of the rug but more were arriving. I requested to keep my order open since more rugs were arriving any day. Finally, 10 days after my order was placed (and funds were taken out of my bank account), I received an email stating my rugs were shipping. Because of the lack of communication between Incredible rugs and a delay in receiving my order, I have to say that I am not very happy with the company. I was hoping to have the rugs by Thanksgiving. Perhaps, they could have shipped overnight so I still could have received them?
