The customer service ISN provides is top-notch. I most usually use the live chat feature and haven't had an issue where it wasn't resolved w/in an hour at most. They provide screenshots as to how to correct things, and are always willing and offering to do it for you, which I like. The conversation is then emailed to me so I have the way to resolve the issue in my inbox for the future. I'm an inspector and business owner, not a software guru, so this is big for me. I highly recommend all inspectors use ISN, especially if you don't like dealing with software issues.
