Spoke to some members of staff over the phone about a pair of F5 Messi soccer boots that were out of stock on the website, the girl i spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and found a pair in another store, i didn't have the funds available in my account at the time, so asked if she could reserve them two days later i called back, and they were reserved and i made the order over the phone, i now have the shoes, and am extremely satisfied. The telephone staff were a pleasure to talk to, an easy 10/10 for service.
