We have been customers for many years, but were very disappointed to find that when needed, we could not get in touch with them via phone or emails regarding urgent issues with our funds (hundreds of thousands!). They ignored emails, were not available on their phone lines and never returned any messages. Hardly confidence boosting to hand them your hard earned money!!
