I can’t imagine getting glasses from anyone but Iolla. Great service, with the extra support I needed when shopping alone and needing a second opinion. Glasses arrived safely within the quoted timeframe, and I love them. I also really appreciate the staff taking note of my concerns around the naming of a particular frame, which I nearly didn’t go for because the person they’re named for has turned out to be rather unpleasant. I love the online VR try on as well, will be how I order some sunglasses soon! As always, I ended up buying more than I intended because the styles are so great (especially for my narrow face), and I’m still wanting more. It’s great to be able to buy 2-3 pairs for the same price my optician would charge so I get variety.
