I purchased 2 blinds I found it best to telephone so that any questions I had could be answered straight away. The ordering process was easy. The blinds took longer than expected to complete but were of a high standard when they arrived. They need to be signed for upon arrival and I had to call more than once to confirm when that would be because I work away from home and needed to make sure someone was at home. They dispatch and email you on dispatch day to say you will get them the next day. This might not be convenient for everyone.
