I bought 3 shirts on a Saturday in the coastland mall JCPenney store. I took all the receipts and labels in the garbage. A week later I found that the 2 shirts are to big for me. Then i packed the shirts and contact the customer service at the JCPenny store , the Supervisor Brain, spend a lot of time to find my shopping receipt in the system, and get my money back.. This was a great customer service he did. Thanks a lot t Brian and the team of JCPenney.. Peter

Jc Penny Salon, Indiana Pa Poor experience. Beautician unsure of how to color hair. Took 3 1/2 hrs and I left prior to getting hair cut . Other stylist plus manager available to assist but offer this stylist no guidance. Indiana Site poorly managed.

My visit to the JCPenney portrait studio left me feeling deeply hurt and disheartened. It was meant to be a joyous occasion, capturing the early moments of my precious son's life, but instead, it turned into a nightmare due to the disrespectful behavior of the photographer, Larry. As soon as we walked in, Larry's attitude was sour, and it only worsened when my son started to cry. Instead of showing understanding, he lashed out at my family, raising his voice and making us feel unwelcome. The situation escalated when he scolded us for something as simple as placing my grandson on a blanket. His tone was harsh and demeaning, making me question why I had chosen to trust him with such a special moment. What truly broke my heart was the way he treated my husband. Instead of diffusing the situation, Larry resorted to using racial slurs and aggressive behavior. It was terrifying, especially with my daughter and grandson present. Feeling scared and vulnerable, I felt the need to document the confrontation, fearing for my family's safety. Thankfully, the manager, Teresa, intervened, but the damage was done. This experience has left a lasting impact on me. It's disheartening to think that such behavior is tolerated in a place meant to capture cherished memories. I hope JCPenney takes swift action to address this issue and ensures that no other family has to endure such hurtful treatment.

Warren went out of his way to help my husband buying a suit. He was so helpful . We were going to a wedding it was store 1531 on 4/14 the store was well stocked and the workers were so friendly. The hc penny’s by us closed I love shopping at JCPenney .

I was at JCPenney and it was going pretty well until check out. The employees name was Christine and she was checking me out. I had a tie that didn't have a tag on it. So she was forcefully slamming things about then did a huffy breath and looked up numbers for the tie. When she finished Scanning everything I asked if there was a security tag on the jacket I bought and in a rude snotty voice she said " I already got it" then I was making a separate transaction for my makeup and it had a pink sticker. She told me it was buy one get one free.I told her I didn't think that was true but she insisted that I go back because it was. I went back to the makeup and asked the lady working there if that was true.she said no. I went back to the check out and told her it was not a part of the buy one get one deal. The manager was standing behind her and said it was not. Then She rolled her eyes and made a face saying "well then it shouldn't have a pink sticker on then huh". I felt like this employee was acting like it was bother some to be working.

JC Penney customer service at the store is horrible, on top of that, customer service by phone is worse. They're a liars, I'm going to close my card just because the horrible service they provide.

I ordered a bedspread on JCPenny.com. Estimated delivery : 4/2. On 4/7, I tried to cancel my order because it was taking so long, I will buy elsewhere. JCP online can't help with that and my local store in Harrisburg, PA will not cancel my order. Keep in mind, this item is already showing on my bill. I guess I will wait until the store finally sends it, then run over to pick it up and return it while I'm there. Hmmmm... maybe I'll close my JCP account while I'm there. I don't need the hassle when there are plenty of other stores to deal with.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a terrible company and horrible customer service. Will never step foot in this store or spend another dollar with them ever again.

I was trying to find a winter coat and I found one for $19.99 on a clearance rack. When I went to check out it was $90.00. It was a scam and a waste of my time. I told them it was on the clearance rack but they said it was $90.00.

For a moment I was worried about the future of the Department Store I’ve shopped for so long, but between Ana, Rye Grass, Worthington taking in new refreshing looks, I was excited to shop there once more. Needless to say, I was disappointed at JCP sending out their 50% Mystery Sale card late. Makes me wonder if it was a ploy. All other times I’ve received the lower %ages well before expiration. Not the 50%, I received it the evening it expired.

Ordered jeans they sent me a defective pair that had a tear. I returned them and they charged ne $8.00 shipping for selling ne a defective product. Last time I will order from here after being a Penny's customer for decades.

Mathew at customer service was super rude. I ask to repeat what he said because I didn't understood what he said and he just flip. How can you work at costumer service and act like a child. I ask for last name and he didn't provide it.

Ordered jeans i had to pay double what they were in the store and was told they would arrive 4 days later at the store. Called the 800 number to find out exactly when they would be arriving only to have the agents ask me to press 5 on the survey after getting lip service. They do not offer tracking . I get better customer service from China .

They are ridiculous. I placed an order and I did chat, call 800 number and called the store. I did this 4 times and they kept telling me to call the same numbers. I will never shop here again. On line shopping is suppose to be easier. You guys went down hill and you suck

I used to buy a lot of things from JCP, but since they closed the store, I’ve only ordered once, mostly because of the shipping costs for both sending and returning, not to mention the 15% restocking charge! After ordering a pair of sandals that were $24.95, it cost me over $36 to order them. They didn’t work for what I needed them for so I returned them, and after paying return shipping and the restocking charge, it cost me about $18 for a pair of sandals I don’t have. I will never again order anything from JCP.

We went to Portraits at Willowbrook & waited more than 2 hours. We had made an appointment & were there on time. There were no apologies & the photographer blamed on us that we should have confirmed the appointment. We never received a call from them. Hell with this place. Never want to see this place ever again.

JC Penny's has the absolute worst website ever. So many issues ordering online and the only suggestion they have is to shop inside the store because they don't know why my orders are not going through. I shop online 99% of the time so I see not one reason to have a JC Penny's charge card.....

STOP-LOOK-LISTEN!!! If you order more than one item and the order comes on separate days. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS BEING SWIPED and CHARGED INDIVIDUALLY: If your total is $159.00 tax included for the whole order...w/o contacting you they can break the total amount authorized for credit from your card into 2 or more transactions:Meaning extra fees on your credit card. Which is illegal call or look at your Bank Statement, this is how I found out they got me for an additional $9. I will start a petition against this process. Please join me Constance D. Howze

Online orders! Lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. You must go and file a police report for each item that is missing before a refund will be given!!! Why do I have to take time to go file a report when you delivered it to the wrong address!!! I refuse to go so no refund??? Isn't that theft by taking!!!!
