My review of Jennings Harley Davidson is short and sweet. I have bought a number of motor bikes from them and the fact I have repeated my custom is indicative of my satisfaction. However, on the most recent occasion my dissatisfaction was not with Jennings but with Harley Davidson itself. I ordered a new bike in November of 2017 with a delivery date of 1st March 2018 some five months later. Enough time you would think to make and deliver a bike, even from the USA. Well no, the bike was not delivered until the end of April some 8 weeks late. I can understand delays, if I get them explained to me, but HD did not do this they just said the bike "was on the water" - for three months? The essence of good customer service is communication perhaps HD need reminding of this otherwise they may find customers stop waiting and go elsewhere. So my advice if you order a new bike be prepared to wait - and wait - and wait!
